Yesterday I started second season and all the sounds disappeared, only music left. At the beginning I just thought it may be only in first update, but I'm now during end of day 17 (Martha and Emma 3some)) and still nothing. Is there something with my game/save/settings or there are no sounds anymore?

This is possible; in general it's best to play the game until the "save here" screen and go back 1 slide (to a proper game content screen). This is usually the best way to avoid issues for both in-between updates and between seasons (not just this game but most Ren'py games)
