I have yet to see more than a few realistic non-Causcasian LIs in AVNs. 99% of the time it is a default Caucasian or Asian 3D template with only the skin tone changed, which is so fucking cringe. I would be interested to see the original asset face Trope used to create her (if he hasn't already posted it somewhere in the labyrinth of this epic-poem-lengthed thread) because visually my brain has a hard time seeing the 'whole' of her face behind the high-contrast skin shading.
