It's a disappointment that they couldn't deliver on time. I don't check often but it's sad they couldn't release a new update even if slightly delayed. But if memory serves it's a big revamp with a lot of new content. Shame they couldn't complete it in time but hopefully it'll be finished before GTA6 comes out.
The original release of the game had a large amount of content, but was janky, glitched, and a lot of things didn't make sense as to how they worked.
The second release took a TON of time to release (around a year), added a lot of content, but was just as funky as the first from a UI standpoint. Fixing that was supposed to be a big focus.
Now we're more than a year and a half from that one. Do I expect the eventual release to have a lot of content? Yes. Do I also expect it to be filled with things that make it a lot harder to play and enjoy than it should be? Also yes. Do I expect it to tease really hot content that's next to impossible to access, even with a roadmap? Yes absolutely.

Full on penetrative sex? With MC? No, that's not in the game. There's some sex-ual scenes, groping, handjob, etc. But it's mostly blueballing on that front.
There is a lesbian scene between her and May. However, it contains fisting. It's an optional scene, so you don't have to unlock it, but it's also the closest to an actual sex scene Sophia has.
But don't worry, as soon as October 2025 roles around, the new version will get released and it will surely have actual scenes for all the main girls!
