Instead, that's exactly what you should do (IMHO).
You are a newcomer and it hurts my heart to see that you want to adapt to an environment that tells you what to do and what not to do. Give yourself the chance to make mistakes and experiment, otherwise your game will be equal to a thousand others, but maybe other devs already have better machines or a consolidated fan base.
Work on your personality, not on the expectations of an almost saturated market.
From what I've seen you have a good basic idea to start with and a lot of work to do. Have fun, listen to everyone's opinions but then look for your personal point of view. Better original and unique than average homologated.

I love the potential here. What I hated was the amount of content we got in the first release. Im nit asking for any sexual content so soon. But expected more than just introductions. If you wanna get attention start is very important. I just wish we got more content. Will definitely give it a shot though.
Do you remember what the title of that Literotica story was? Would you be willing to share it? Not that I want to spoil anything for anyone nor myself as I expect you will add your own changes and points to the story for your game, but I would be interested in seeing how this original plot was laid out... ...thank you in advance if you can!

If that's what you mean by pleasing both NTR and non NTR fans, you might find out that's not the right way.

Well I tried coming up with a different plot route, that could lead to completely bypass NTR i.e. it doesn't happen whether you watch it or not, thanks to this idea.
So, I gave the second script a shot, and I am having fun making it too. Special thanks to, my first patreon Aaron, even though the intro was very vague and very short and there was no direction where the story is/will be going. And just tags that I have put, which will all be used. I am not dropping any tags. Thanks to him, showing support. I will be now working on the project daily.
As for now, script for chapter 1 is complete, I am now working on codes and renders.

I was still 50-50, even after comparing both scripts. So, at one point I decided to go "fuck it, I will just go as I initially planned. But recreating the "Wow this sex story on literotica is amazing, I enjoyed it a lot, I think I will make a VN of it" wasn't as exciting as I thought. Even though I had most of my work cut out for me, I never felt that I was creating something of my own, hence I was really bored making it. I moved on to my other planned game, and I was having fun creating it. As it was total original, I had a sense of pride creating it. And not a feeling like I am just copying someone else's homework.what about MC finds out dad payed gf to go out with MC? MC has a choice question his manhood and the whole his life is a lie moment. or rise above and claim harem
