It's kinda counter intuitive to insert yourself as another character. You can do that as with linear novels, mangas, light novels, books... However last time I checked, this didn't have the kinetic tag Which means we will impact the flow of the story depending on what we do. And what we do, we do it as the MC. If you follow a game for several updates it's normal to self insert as said MC. It's not a one-shot where you can choose easily to self insert as that character or that character.
Some ppl may have an ez time doing that, but most don't and it's normal it's not inteded to be that way especially in a choice based game whe you follow a main POV the whole game.

Now, even though I didn't play the latest updates, I don't have anything against the scene personally. As I don't rly consider it NTR since MC wasn't rly involved with her romantically last time I checked.
However, I admit there were better ways to do that. I honestly somtimes question wether any of the AVNs dev played AVNs b4 trying to do one themselves. Surely they know how touchy this subject is, I don 't rly understand why they play with fire like that. There's litteraly no high return in this high risk situation. If ppl don't mind, they just won't mind. However if ppl don't like it they will drop the game.
Like so many said it b4 me, just doing that scene the 1st night when MC came home or maybe showing snippet of he pu$$ leaking cum trough her panties would be enough for us to understand early on that smt is alrdy going on here. There is also an option where Onori or whatever would come to her room on the 1st night and ask to get f1cked, sh'd then refuse bc she doesn't want to fall into depravity or whatver plus she'd remind her that they alrdy discussed it (MC would be eavesdropping). This one would go along the OG plot while making players take notice of what's going on between them. Then, to hin to the players that it might happen again, the dev could show her thinking back on that proposition while she's aroused by MC and saying/thinking smt like "I might take her up on that"
I mean there were plenty of ways to do that but he chose one of the most blunt one for such a sensitive topic.
And, pls don't tell me "yeah but it's bc MC made her pent up bla bla". That's just the way dev chose to tell the story he can choose whatever he wants he's quite litterly the author of the story.

This is smt I'd personally mind though. I don't see why we'd have a whole personality system if we can't even choose how to do them. Final spell did it for exemple (it was a choice). It's honestly quite popular but rarely done bc one might as well make complete females instead of futas. However plenty of ppl enjoy male on futas especially since it's a rarity to see it happening in AVNs. I believe plnety of ppl were hoping for that too. We'll see what the dev makes of it.

I like them all but for me I'd say Onori, I like how she's a big tease and the way she likes to take command, hoping she'll be very dominant with mc in the future when we get more content with her.
How about Onori and Eri? Since we already had Onori x Yui action during one night, which was pretty spicy, but was missing some good camera angles in my opinion.

I've already said that it was possible to show this scene at the beginning of the game and that changes everything. It could even be used as a route with voyeurism or involving us in a threesome (futa saw us at that moment and starts giving us a show every night and encouraging us to participate) That was much cooler.
Maybe it is not sufficiently explicit, but the writing addresses both things you pointed out.
On the consent department, the lead-up to the scene is Yui literally manhandling Onori (with Riko acknowledging Yui really is way stronger than Onori) and big-sister bossing her into studying to retake her exam despite Onori trying a million different ways of escaping it. There is no way Onori could force Yui into anything she didn't actually want done to her, anything else is just the dynamics of their sexual relationship.
The pent-up thing is mostly implied by the dialogue in the scene where it is revealed they hadn't done anything sexual in a long time because Yui had been always refusing it. Seems reasonable that Yui had been fine managing her own lust until Riko arrived and the hijinks with him pushed her over the edge so she went back to doing stuff with Onori. Also when Onori is teasing Yui the thing that lands the most is her saying they are being watched by Riko in particular, so it seems clear a significant portion of Yui's arousal is sourced at Riko.

I don't think it will be as bad as becoming "dependent on her dick", Yui is back to being full older sister the next day. Sex is just sex, but bickering with your siblings is a foundational block of any family.
Unfortunately right now I don't know if this game will be choice-heavy. So far the story has been completely linear, there is a framework for a stats system with the multiple personalities, but it feels like it will be used more to just fill out the sandbox (go do this activity to level up this personality, you need the personality to be at level x before unlocking the next event, etc).
Supposedly this was the last "prologue" update where the dev was figuring out the game's systems, so if they start adding branched out events in the next update, then maybe we can see choices that change how characters deal with each other, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it.
I'd rather the dev keeps making more events and moving the story forward with character dynamics they have already figured out and have fun writing than the game stagnating trying to add a lot of choices and branches that the dev doesn't want and doesn't know how to implement and to write for.

It really isn't hard to simply state your game will have unavoidable sharing or NTR. Most issues regarding shit like this can all be avoided if the devs are upfront about what scenes will occur or what they count as NTR or sharing.
