The main cast (MC's family) are all futa, MC himself is a femboy, and some of the side girls are not futa (currently the game has only introduced the first side girl and she is not futa).
Yeah it was reported, the dev made a hotfix release with the comment of not sure if it is going to work and at least for me it did not work.
I posted a new comment saying this and now waiting to see if there is any response but the dev did respond on discord with the below message before the hotfix to someone else who had the issue so I am not holding my breath here.
" The only reason I can think of is that your saves, as one person already mentioned, are fucked. And it probably comes from when your Suzuki was at level 2 as she had a certain bug in her previous update that may allow her get 0 affection now. Guess asking others for working saves is the best you can do here"

I started a new save earlier and can confirm you get not only the same issue, but you may also get an issue with ono as well. Wasted my time trying that this morning lmao.
Pretty weak update. Hopefully the next one delivers. Which are the 2 characters that will get content in the next one
I'm almost sure the bug of not gaining relationship points is linked to the game not resetting the "breakstop" variable to false, which seems to fail if you manage to skip past a threshold and the event that is supposed to be necessary to get past it.
I can't emphasize enough that the game's logic can easily break, so do not do what I'm about to say unless you're certain you are in a bugged scenario where you are just not gaining relationship points but there are also no available breakpoint events you need to do.
If you are in a scenario where you are at 0 relationship points but also gaining +0 in all events, try to enable the renpy console with unren and type the following command:
affection_suzuki_breakstop5 = False
If that doesn't work try the same with the same command but with the number at the end from 1 to 4. Again, make sure you only do this if you are sure you are in a bugged scenario, if you do this when you are just missing a step you will end up skipping an event probably.

I got around this problem using (0x52_URM), it's not the best option but it works.

AH thank ya, got the dev mode enabled and that fixed everything.
At any rate, now I'm disappointed in the hours I spent trying to get it to work earlier, just for said content to end in a few minutes lmao.
Might be pulling this out of my ass since all events require building up the sisters to reach but, most likely whatever backstory Susuki has is likely a mix of the three sister's gimmicks. Imagine her as pushy as Onori, horny as Yui, and shameless as Eri, except now she has experience/perspective looking back on it. Probably did involve MC's mom too.

true, there could be scenes of him topping in later updates where you will need to upgrade, that feminization mentioned were said to be mandatory? if yes, well, fuck, i dont think he will top then, but if its opcional that level up is a very good idea

Okay so, how many dicks are in here? Is every girl a futa? I don't see myself being able to enjoy dick on dickgirl, or dickgirl on shota's ass. If someone could answer me quickly, it would really be appreciated.
My money is still on the feminization being a temporary transformation type of thing, with sci-fi stuff being in play from the mad scientist school club it feels like a much easier way to do that content without permanently changing Riko's character.
And I do think scenes of Riko getting to top would be too much fun for the developer to just pass on...it is not like he needs to be the manliest man in the world just to fuck lol
MC's entire family is futa, only 1 important character introduced so far is not. That's 4 futas and 1 not-futa girl. There are 3 more girls that will be introduced, but the dev will keep it a secret if they will be futa or not until it is revealed in the game itself.
The game is mainly futa on male, and there is some futa on futa. There will probably be some futa on female and maybe male on female content later, but it is not the focus of the game.

I testet the 0.15 compressed version that that versions starts compressed but not this version
