Still haven't released the futa x male scenes (Penetration)? Not even the feminization? It's taking too long already.

I feel like you're wildly misinterpreting the point that the game is trying to make.

Riko is very '''closeted''' about his situation, and as such he is a pretty unreliable narrator, because he is deeply stuck in self-loathing and the belief that he is not allowed to enjoy the things that he very much does enjoy. He likes the girls and very much likes the fact that they have penises.

The point of his character arc is not that he needs to learn how to be 'manlier'. He doesn't like sports, doesn't like being strong, he is shy, introverted, he enjoys dressing up and likes the fact that he has a huge ass.
For as much time as he spends telling himself to man up, Riko would be miserable if he tried to make himself a 'manly man', and we know that because that's exactly where he starts the game at.

The point of his character arc is learning that he doesn't have to tie his self-worth to fitting into the societal expectations of what a 'man' should be and do. Learning that its okay to not be 'manly'. Its okay to be in a unconventional relationship environment. And its okay to like the things that he likes and live his life as he sees fit, even if its not what society expects of him; and that's a sentiment echoed around the character arc of most of the other girls.

Onori crosses a line, yes, but that's because her purpose in the narrative is to teach Riko that he needs to learns how to stand up for himself and set his own boundaries (do note that I say that's her Narrative purpose, which has nothing to do with her in-character motivation, those are two completely different things)

How can I go to school with Eri? When I go to her room in the morning, the protagonist doesn't want to go in. i need to rank up the serene personality

checking urm she doesnt even have the bathroom as a list for a place to go in the evening

sorry i forced her in there but there is no spend time i try to talk to her and rikos just says sorry and runs out

Only way that happens is if you skipped a previous breakpoint event in the previous Suzuki update, back when she was relationship level 2. I'm just going to say right now, if you are giving yourself maximum relationship points with URM just to skip the grind, you are going to break stuff and miss story events. The game's logic breaks really easily if you skip the expected thresholds.

I will walk you step by step on what you can do to fix the variables to see the first bathroom scene of the current update, but I don't know what else is broken with your save and going forward you should just start with a clean one.

If you are getting the dialogue where Riko just runs away, you didn't see rl2 bp3 event. You probably also didn't see rl2 bp4 and I don't know what seeing it when you are in relationship level 3 instead of 2 would do so to be safe do all of these:
suzuki_rl2_bp3_seen = True
suzuki_rl2_bp4_seen = True
suzuki_bathroom_first_interaction_seen = True

Now you should be able to get here, and if you have affection_suzuki_breakpoint3 == True and Suzuki is on relationship level 3, you will get the new update's bathroom scene.

Seriously though, your save is fucked for something like this to happen, I don't know what else is broken and I'm not going to list all the switches that need to be fixed from having broken stuff in Suzuki's relationship level 2 progression. I recommend either making a new save or finding a clean one going forward, you are likely to see more bugs with your current one.

see the game tells me i need to see suzki rl2 breakpoint 4 to upgrade serne self so i dont even know what that is or where to trigger it or if the trigger was skiped in the first place

Increase affection of Onori to unlock talents, which are then leveled to progress breakstops at some points for each character
