It's clear from the Developer's Notes, that it now allows you to play as Ha-Young, from the very beginning of the game, and not just from the start of the final episode

Going by Insane Erotica ´s info, this will be not a complete, but sizeable rework. You will be able to play Karl and Ha-young from the beginning of Ep.1, when in the old version you can play as Ha-Young only in Ep.4. Also there will be romance/pregnancy options for Hui-Bing and Elly without having to cheat or gaslight Ha-Young.

To be honest, I don't remember if I said this on F95 in the past (if I said it, I already forgot it). But I didn't say it in the latest official announcement about the rework.

I already forgot the previous plan except I said about Clean Slate in the previous plan. But in the new plan, Clean Slate won't be a new game, but it will be the Epilogue of My Future Wife. Stage 01:
- Arrange and alter previous Episode 01 & Episode 02 into the new Episode 01. Add Ha-Young's routes in this new Episode.
- Add Ha-Young's routes for the new Episode 02 (which was previous Episode 03).
- (The new Episode 03 was the previous Episode 04.)
- Join the new 3 Episodes into one game instead of 4 games like the original MFW.
Stage 02:
- Add more scenes according to current requests (these are scenes for current routes / stories, they are not new routes / new stories).
- Add the Epilogue.

The visions in the current Prologue will be changed when Episode 01A is released. It's too early to have those kinds of vision. Instead, they will be released with scenes at the end of My Future Wife (previous Episode 04), but with new renders.

Change of plan: Episode 01 will still be Episode 01 but with a few scenes from Episode 02. The game will have:
- Prologue: done
- Episode 01: will be altered and added Ha-Young's routes.
- Episode 02: will be altered and added Ha-Young's routes.
- Episode 03: will be added Ha-Young's routes.
- Episode 04.
- Epilogue: initial plan for Clean Slate but shorter.
It's called 'rework' because it was finished, done, completed. It was never on-hold or abandoned.
