It's complete in the sense that you can play to the ending, but there will likely be various improvements in the future.

yes. not every area has like 9 scenes, the dev did that as an early choice and hasn't undone it to fit the current scenes, rather than there supposed to be something in every slot.
In act 4, you can get a plug in tail, you give that to a guy in the act 3 area who gives you a magic wand, and you give that to the girl in front of the chest in the act 1 area. She tells you to get 'the round object dripping with the essence of the great floofy one'. Anyone know where to get this?
While a bit shallow, I do love the overall choice for Sana, from her design to her personality. I do wish the MC had a bit of a heavier option (either through the no ntr variant, or super corrupt variant, a more aware or interesting MC). Definitely wished there were a bit more goblin scenes, or some of the side characters like the shop keepers got some action. The murderous little gnome or whatever she is that always threatens to kill the MC, was really hoping for something, especially given the small little scene she gets in the demon city in her shop.

What is this blatant favouritism? With this update Fief now has her events in EVERY town. Poor Garret can't even get Sanas pussy without getting time reversed. At this point Fief is cucking other rivals too...

Was the "The Grand Tournament" ever finished? In an update he says the fourth part is done but outside that all I know is the NPC related to that quest is "not home". I've checked almost every map, and I say that kinda loosely since I did pop in and give a brief overall glance to each map, but I get no clue's on how to continue it. What am I missing here.
Well to be fair... There are all sorts of NTR types and each one has dedicated, passionate fans. The type of corruption can vary widely between the types; they might as well be in different categories.
People who like sharing/netorase may not like it going full blown netorare.
