Classic NTR plot:
Anon is the owner of an inn and a cooker supported by his 2 childhood elf friend.
One day he break the expensive pot of "Ugly Bastard Merchant" and contract a debt of 1 million he need to pay in 3 day if not he end in prison.
The girls make a deal with UBM and become his "maids" to give Anon a new delay of 3 months.

Gameplay:
Only play the first level so far and for what I see you play Anon and need to cook and serve the dish for the customer to reach the point goal of each to unlock the next level and an H-scene.

After mini, its pretty good, has L2D animations for everything. But i gotta be honest, 1 / 4 stages to clear is leaning towards horror and stuff which I dont like. So I bumrushed that part to not have to deal with it. Hate that shit in H-games, but the strip club stage OH BABY dat shit good.

Its really good, also has surprising "bad ending" paths (EXTREMELY OBVIOUS) like when you change outfits in the strip club stage.
If you take the lewdest outfit, you CAN go down a bad ending route (bad endings isn't game over instantly, you see a game over and then respawn i think.)

I'd not spoil it more, as the game is decently fun to play ... okay the stripclub stage is fun to play.
The other 3 stages are...grindy, very hard and only refer to specific fetishes.
