I'm fairly certain that was referring to the most recent update the Luna game got, not an update that was planned for this one.

It's kinda like only game-over sex rn, might change in the future idk but currently it's not like Sana where you have actual in-combat sex scenes.

that's not true at all, the game does have battle fuck system with all enemies. Sana just needs to be undressed.
Usernamewastaken2022 is confusing this game with Healer, the developer's most recent game (different battle sex mechanics).
This game, Dancer, is normal JRPG turn-based combat, but if Sana is attacked, her clothes take damage. If she reaches around 40% health, she becomes naked. And when she's naked, enemies can "seduce" her mid-combat.
- "Seducing" takes several turns depending on the enemy, and you can stop it if you kill the enemy in time.
- Healing Sana does not repair her clothes. She stays naked even if healed to full. The only way to fix her clothes is to leave the current dungeon.
- In most cases, Sana's lewdness value will go up even if you interrupt the scene, but not as much if you do interrupt it.
- Also in most cases, the universe bends over backwards to make sure the MC is too distracted to notice what Sana is doing (however, this does not hide the sex scene from the player)

In the fourth town there is an NPC who gives you a quest, with that quest you have to go find and talk to other NPCs and exchange items, after a while you go back to the guy, and I don't remember what else.

To be honest, I just found out about the Sana game project. I only subscribed to Patreon to keep up with news about the Luna game.
From what I understand, I think they're going to remake the entire first act of the Sana game, but I'm not sure if it will be a remake of the whole game or just the first act.
