I agree so much. I usually hate rpgm games. I'd like to ask Fanorase if it'll be any feature that requires rpgm in the feature, because until know it could be pretty done in VN format.

No clue! Probably not! I know very little about game dev! (LET'S GO I'VE GRADUATED FROM NOTHING!!) LOL. When I'm done I'll look into doing a ren'py port. Absolutely no guarantees, but it would be something I'm interested in. The two reasons I'm making this game is: 1, I wanted my personal perfect ntrs game. and 2, just to learn some new shit. So I'm down to do more of 2.

And to be clear, my sentiment above doesn't mean I DO use it to skip text, it's that the lack of having that makes a player feel like a hostage. You could be on a date with the hottest girl, but if she was constantly like "YOU CAN'T LEAVE UNTIL I TELL YOU TO" most guys would get freaked out.

LMAO. Yeee, I get ya. I'll continue to put more stuff like that for repeat events (I'll try not to have too many of those, but.. yea).

Dawg, lemme tell ya. The first build of this game had the fmc fuck her ex as her first escapade! It isn't like that anymore, but it will be again soon. I love slow-burn, but I do like some quick nut games... Which uh makes what I'm doing a bit of conflict of interest but who cares. it's fun lmao.

I really like what you have here Fanorase. Like you said, it's hard trying to find a NTS game that toys with your emotions but doesn't go down the razor lined rabbit hole of destroying your heart. It's a cool setup here and I definitely get a good chemistry from the MC and Kanade.

I'm cautious about the Yuuji stuff. It's all well and good to introduce an ex, but him being the ex that Kanade went to after you? Yikes. Double yikes. It's going to be tough to balance the loving relationship of the protagonists while keeping Kanade's teasing enticing. Too little and Yuuji will feel like a poor tool the two are using. Too much and you'll have the player wondering why she even left Yuuji in the first place. I enjoy Mijiishi's stuff but the worst part (well one of the worst parts...) of it is that the MC and heroine have abysmally low sexual chemistry. Meanwhile every other dude is a well endowed fuck machine. Mercenary Band was the most extreme example, as the main heroine would bone every other dude other than the MC, and the MC just didn't give a shit that he was garbage at pleasing her. She even runs off with a fucktoy in one of the endings, which is a bummer for a couple that supposedly wants to spend the rest of their life together.

I guess I'm just trying to say it will be a tricky dance. I like some of the planned tags the loving couple are going to get into (hell yea old man! all I need now is a fat virgin NEETlord!) but the game is going to thrive based on how connected the couple feels. Besides intimate scenes at home, I think it's also good to establish a great emotional bond. Like if her mom/dad gets sick the MC is the first one to contact her and talk to her. Meanwhile none of the other cucklords give a shit, and as the MC is talking to her in the hospital she mutters something about "this is it needs to be you." I think the more the the player feels that the MC is special to her, the more forgiving and openminded they will be about the promiscuity.

Anyway, yea. Keep up the good work.

I like your example, but I think it's more serious than what I want the game to be. My goal, which will be extremely hard, is to show the little things in the relationship that don't exist with the bulls (or at least doesn't go as far, wink wink nudge nudge). I started it off with monetary examples, but I definitely want to show some real intimate and emotional examples as well. It's just writing actual relationships is tough as shit, so I'mma need luck on that LMFAOO

You should not worry about getting paid while not working on the game. Lot of developers are doing it. Especially game "Goodbye Eternity" where they update longer than once per half year, releases crap that doesn't work (no kidding) and then you wait 6+ months for another update while they are taking $17k/monthly. These are literally scammers but nobody cares, everyone supports this scamming.

You can save and use these money to get actual art, hire VA etc. Or for your next game. You are too kind...
