Nope there are 4 endings, if I remember well the choices giving you different endings are: with the psychologist as foe like you did or friend (NTR or simply sharing), and if you chose to tell or not who is the identity of the MC's father

you replay the game and you choose the different options like tell MC about the father (1) not (2), make the NTR choice which is the night where she meet the FMC, fuck her and she either tell her it's a dildo(a) or her dick(b) if I remember well

so you get 1a, 1b, 2a or 2b

Yeah that boggled me, why everyone loved Katelyn and not Grandma, but it was something that came up early on in development.
