Honestly, it's better off that you didn't post it first IMO. By not being the one to post it here, in a way it kind of gives you more options with your creative independence, which is especially true if you want to later include non-patreon supported themes (since you don't control the thread, you can't control the mods that are added to it). By not being the one to post it here, also makes it look like you didn't come here for an advertising plug since someone else posted it.

But probably most important, by you not posting it, means you still have the reasonable defense that you don't support pirating of your game, but acknowledge it's presence here and you are still willing to take tips and corrections from people and contribute to the conversation, and ultimately still get the benefit of added traffic to your game from this site.

Perhaps. I certainly agree with your points, but I would like to take thread ownership just so that I can control that front part since I don't feel that some of those cherrypicked screenshots, some of which literally are snipping tool'd, fully reflect the game.

However, I do have inklings of ideas like DLC. If people are really demanding something which I haven't planned, then I'm completely willing to do that. For instance, I'm down to do a non-NTR route if it's something people really want. But ultimately, it's going to be a progress. I've taken a lot of inspiration from Dimajio with this one and I'm going to let the quality of the game speak for itself.

A pretty good start, and inspiring yourself on Dimajio is not bad, but he also have a non-ntr route on most of his games, so it wouldn't be wrong to add it. I did so far pick the alpha path and love it so far, even the main pic didn't show the gf at all, only 4 other girls and Rana. I'm though interested to see more of your work, Mia is pretty hot and Mc is ok, not a guy I would date, but still doable to look at. I would find it funny that Rana has those 4 girls but in the end lose them to you and some follow you too your new college. I'm anyway already happy with the alpha path, though Hayley isn't as cute as she think she is, she looks pretty plain girl to me.

Dimajio does great work and even if people don't like the genre of games he dabbles in, I think there's inspiration to be taken in how he handles things, how he forges a story and juggles different routes. Too many people drown when they add in too many routes, but not him, he consistently releases on time.

As for the "main photo", Mia and Rana are right there with Rana with the X pasties on. I experimented with different hairstyles and we'll be seeing their hair change over the course of the game. Also, it was a pain in the ass to work with Hayley's dreads.

After my "talk" with the dev in here i'm pretty sure a non-NTR route will never happen... Dev has more to work on than just his game, that's for sure now.

Nah bro, I’m always of the opinion that if you like a strong fetish like NTR or whatever, you should go all in. I can’t stand it, but if you make a game with a genre you like, you should go full in.

The last thing you want is to add a half ass path that no one will like. Better you focus your energy on the stuff you do like.

To clarify, it's not something I'm saying that I'm waffling on whether or not to do. There isn't a decision to be made yet. If a lot of people want it, I'll do it. And by a lot of people, I mean my patrons and subscribers or people who buy the game on Itch. I'm not going to write alternate paths into the game to satisfy the whims of people who don't like games like this on here. I'll explain my decisions and while the bough may bend, it won't break.

It would be fairly easy for me to adjust the screenplay to add in a non-NTR route, but like I said, I'm only going to do it if it's something the people who are paying for are scrambling for. I'd put all the effort that work deserves into that route but it wouldn't alter anything I've already done. It'd be like putting another brick onto a brick wall.

This dude is blatantly using another person's game, even copy pasting the overview almost verbatim, and he doesn't mention that original creator ANYWHERE in the OP or in his subsequent comments in the thread. He even says outlandish shit like having completed the "entire screenplay." Bro, give credit to the original creator if you are gonna "remake" their game at least. I know this is a pirate site, but damn lol.

And the cherry on top is giving a shoutout to a different dev for giving him inspiration rather than the dev that you literally plagiarized.

Yeah, I raised my pitchfork too early. I can see that they were not trying to be sneaky, but it appeared that way initially mainly because he didn't respond to the anyone talking about Girlfriend Tapes but responded to other questions.

It's hard for sponsors to ask you for a non-ntr route in a NTR game, because they're there precisely because it's only NTR. I don't know if you understand the absurdity of your intention. How is someone going to pay for a NTR game if they don't like the theme? How is someone who is paying for something going to ask you to do something else? Things go from action to reaction, not from reaction to action. Do I like the game? I pay. I don't pay if I don't like it.
