Leaving aside the fact that it's perfectly normal for people on their 20s to still be virgins, Sophia quite clearly has a crush on her "childhood friend", so it's not that unrealistic that she wanted him to be her first.
I haven't played the game in a while so I don't recall the first scene with Mia but it probably wasn't her first time, but she probably hadn't disclosed to all her friends that she was getting the D on the regular now that she has a boyfriend and that's why it comes as a reveal at that time.

I can't give away the specifics right now since things can change. But as it is currently there are 3 planned possible endings where the MC stays with Mia but maintains sexual relations with someone else.

It's not unheard of. But it's damn sure not common. Ata all. And three women to all be attractive, 20-something virgins in a small group of friend like that? Unless they bonded over a shared devotion to some religion, that's not happening.
Nobody in 2021 is doing spit-takes at the revelation that a hot 20-something with a steady boyfriend is getting laid.

I'm hoping that the wait isn't going to be painstakingly long. Seriously, i'm dying from the suspense of the release. Do you have an expected date of release for the first chapter?
Wish I could give you a date man sorry, but since I'm working with a new artist I can't predict anything time wise, just know that I work on it everyday. I'm glad you're excited for it though.

Hey Kyle! You don't know me, but I love your project and consider you something of a kindred spirit, as your project falls under the rare category of "pretty much totally my shit."
Two things. First, in regards to the "Katie text crash" bug reported earlier, I experienced it in v0.75 when texting Katie later that night, specifically when getting her phone number after responding that "we're dating, yes." Something about a missing "katieconversation" variable. If getting her number through the other dialogue branch ("We fucking"), there was no crash later that night. So you might miss it while debugging.
Second, in actual response to the quote above, you can request ownership of this thread if you want power to edit the OP and its tags (because I strongly agree, the cheating tag is made for this). I had the exact same thing happen for me, and submitting a ticket requesting ownership worked out. You just have to bear in mind they'll rescind your privileges if you ever try to remove the links they post to your game.
