Game's short, but the production values are really high. Everything animated and voiced, even the protag is voiced which is extremely rare to find.

Biggest issue would be a lack of gallery or scene viewer. It may be short but that seems like a massive omission from an otherwise perfect H VN game.

Kind of googling info about the translator, looks like Shiravune group is actually based in Tokyo, Japan
mainly translating the game into English and Chinese, I assume they are native Japanese that learn English excellently
which in turn explain why they able to pump out a lot of translation within almost 2 years.

Maybe an issue with your codecs, it's possible to whitelist/blacklist various filters, or even uninstall them (using regsvr32 /u), but it's hard to give you concise troubleshooting advice, you'd have to figure out what filter is loading and either uninstall or block it somehow and ensure a good filter loads instead.
