I was aware of that, and it just makes it even worse. No, it's a general problem with the game that your choices are absolutely insignificant and are rendered without consequence in order to keep the game flowing.
It gives you a false sense of choice that is simply not in the game.
In that instance at least I was able to say no to it all, cutting the session short, pissing (heh) them off...

The main Problem is that the developer wants to tell a predefined story within a multiple choice game setting while only deviating briefly from the given path. He quickly returns back to the original path which in turn breaks the immersion for anyone who doesn't follow the script. The chastity cage and the pee thing are the bigger ones, but there are minor immersion breaks, too.
All in all, as much as I think the game has potential the dev should make a crucial descision: Do I want to make a game with different branches or do I want the setting to follow a particular narration with only minor and very temporary deviation done by the player. Both styles are valid and can make for pretty neat games but mixing them is a surefire way to immersion disruption and continuation errors left and right.
