NTR isnt based on how *you* feel its based on how the main character of the game would feel. In this case the main character loves his mom alot and the thought of her being with his best friend invokes feelings of jealousy and anger therefore its NTR, to be more specific, its netorare. If the main character LIKES watching his mom get fucked then it becomes cuckhold/netorase, a variation of the NTR category.

As I get it, NTR genre is mainly about feelings of the reader. The word itself indicates how one loses his/her object of interest, love etc. (willingly/unwillingly), but aim of the genre is to produce jealousy, anger or pain from losing privileges to his beloved etc...

In the end it is quite masochistic to fetishize such feelings, so obviously it does not appeal to everyone.

NTR requires from player (or empathizing into the role of MC) take MC's claims as his own. Execute games/stories like this ain't easy to be enjoyable (though ppl standards differs), since (but not only) it takes time in order to acquire involvement.

Perhaps the kink is just not doing it for you, but maybe it's this game alone.
