Pink Penguin died before they even launch 0.01 version of MHAT remake.

Abandoned most likely. The original dev sold it to another dev. That dev then tried to put it on steam. Steam denied it and he went ballistic and decided to change everything to meet steam requirements. Which means he is making a completely different game. (name, art, and characters will be changed he said) But that dev went dark, so who knows if he even does that.
Either way, this game is never getting finished, whatever the second dev ends up doing will not be this game. More like he is using the framework of this game for his own game, so I wish him the best. But from what he was doing before going dark after steam stuff, he didn't really seem to get the NTR of the original.
