Can't believe it's been abandoned TWICE now....it was a really good project, even with the not so stellar drawings, it still gathered all these people....I really hope someone will find the motivation to pick this gem some day soon

Yep, the second dev wasted his time redoing all the art. Then put all his bets on getting it on steam. And instantly gave up when steam denied it.

Truly sad IMO, game looked good, do we know anything about original creator or the creator of remake?

Make sure you've extracted the files from the .rar before trying to run anything.

Make sure you run the MHAT v.0.11.4 (64-bit).exe

I've just tested downloading from the Mega link, and can confirm it's working - which means a local issue your side is causing the problem, whether that's AV, bad extraction, or a layer 8 problem.
