So I've played around five minutes of the new update and Vivian is as insufferable as always , trying to play the victim suggesting that hutch and Addison have "meetings" not that she has a leg to stand on

But I do wish on the line where hutch says I wasn't trying to hide anything that after a brief pause he says unlike you ... Really twist that knife

Like so far you can see hutch has no time for her at the moment and could careless about her all while she trys to claim innocence and that she will be faithful while working with Cristian and won't act on the fact she's able to do stuff outside of the marriage , which is actually so laughable given some of the comments I've seen she goes off the deep end fairly quick to the point where if you looked up slut,hoe,whore or any other words like that you would just see a picture of Vivian

Edit: just putting this theory out there now before I get further as given the comments I'm fairly confident - the son isn't hutch's and I think that's gonna be the straw that breaks the camels back for him

The first chapter really had potential, I was even surprised at how well it was done, but the second chapter seemed to be made by someone else, wasted potential, lack of choices, forced plots and a terrible change of the main character's appearance.

This could have been a really good game, rest in peace.

This was my favourite game on here until this chapter 2 got released, its ruined it. Started so strongly, even the couple meet up was so strong and set such a good forward motion, only for it to be flipped like that in the end? its made everyone involved just outright unlikable now, and I don't mean in the good way unlikable, like a good villian or anything. Just ended extremely badly written, like the tone and shift went completely the other way for sake of drama rather than the realistic nature of such a troubled situation, which was the sole reason so many people were so fond of this game. Hope the dev takes that end and revamps it, or he's going to crush the success he's had so far and this will just be a nonsense NTR like 95% of the rest on here.

To be honest we all knew what Vivians role in this story was, she was supposed to be a tunnel that's it. No story substance no intrigue just a sex doll. We got her (Karen) backstory what else were we expecting from her. I did like when she got clowned by the clerk. Hutch was always the story. How much humiliation could he take for love. Though how his chapter is played out is key. It could elevate the story or tank it.

it was the apparent greater depth of affection of a couple, with their flaws, naivety and a sure "lively" past of the wife but still not the usual trite and hackneyed "rubbish female and useless fake male". For now, only the cuckold is missing to make the plot of a potential TOP10 game a negligible, second-rate nothingness

As disappointed as I am with this chapter, and how I really do struggle to see how tf he’s going to make the remaining 60% even remotely redeem this. I disagree with the whole “revamping it” thing.

I believe the Dev has said multiple times that he has the full story or at least the major plot points planned out already, so I think he should for sure see his vision through until the end.

Im just really, really hoping he has some insane plot twists lined up in the next chapter, that can pull it back in my eyes and the others that are kinda done after this update.

Because it does now feel like the floodgates are open, and she’s now just going to become a typical NTR Housewife slut that is going to find any excuse she can to get some dick.

For example it’s pretty clear now that she is INDEED going to let herself be “blackmailed” by her student so she can go get herself that Token BBC that’s always in these fucking games. Hell she might even go for a two piece on that front, and sabotage her own fucking car or something, so she can offer the Mechanic her pussy as payment or some shit now as well…

Hutch pls…for the love of god, do something INTERESTING in the next update, and save us from this game going the typical cliche NTR bullshit route…

Vivian's actions have transformed this story from NTR into a tragicomedy, it's hard to disagree with many people's opinions why Ch.2 is so much worse. I guess only Hutch can save this story and we will have in Ch.3 "From Cuck to Hero" ;-) At least it can be funny.

I'll be honest, I find it easy to disagree with the currently prevailing opinion. I don't think chapter two was worse, though it was certainly different, making a direct comparison not so easy. It think it was better in some ways, maybe not so good in other ways (and of course, it had a couple of bits that I was not a fan of at all, which is fine).

I will look to formulate my words on her when I have a bit more time, but I disagree with a lot of the current position on Vivian, too, which is pretty much the main argument, I think. I don't think she is the big bipolar slutwhore everyone is saying (I don't think it's that simple, despite the game itself being pretty simple still), and I don't think she is stupid either, or certainly not as stupid as some have been calling her.

One of the other key things people have been complaining about is the evening with Sunshine and Rain, or at least a couple of aspects of it. I think that was not only really well done in terms of the scenes themselves, but I think it was important to have stuff like Rain taking Vivian's anal cherry there, rather than it being "given" to (or taken by) Christian.

I need to go through it all again, and as I say, I don't have the time to give my full thoughts on it at the moment, but the common opinion is definitely not the only opinion (and I've had a couple of DMs confirming this now, as well as anything said in public).

Doesn't have to delete the end and redo. I mean, chapter 3 needs to pull this back to the direction it was originally going, where it was a realistic, troubling situation for the couple.

The wife, shes lost that strong sense of self and fight shes had for her relationship now, she has no redeeming qualities at all after that last bit, Hutch up until that point had a reason to fight, a reason to try an unoathdox approach to resolve their relationship, spending time with other men/women to realize how much value they have towards each other in comparsion to the people they get with.

After this, any right minded man who has even a semblance of common sense even when in love, would divorce now, even if they did still love her, as at this point, its a complete and utter disrespect even in a open marriage as he claimed, her actions were not in relevance to an open situation at all, it was just more lack of a spine, self-defeating garbage.

The situation of the threesome was amazing, as she found someone to lean into of her own gender to express and learn understanding of what she is going through.
Chapter 3 could really pull this back if that girl 'Sunshine' as she called herself, gets involved in communicating with Hutch as well and she becomes the tie that brings the couple back from ruin or something.

Vivian ruined that in CH1. What made it worse she humiliated him "unintentionally" in CH1. In CH2 she did it on purpose, so no game is going full Netorare wasn't sure with CH1 but CH2 put its stamp on it like on her lower back.
