I mean you are playing a fiction story so...
Although you might not agree but what Chris really did to Viv is pushed her button, now she wants to explore her sexuality, it's not why she slept with the couple but the her decision to explore the pleasure and be truly free after 25 years of marriage.
Also we get to know that Viv actually wanted to cheat, the things happen in chapter 1 were consensual which make it more interesting, Chris never blackmailed her but only corrupted her, we though we'll see a weeping, depressed "Damsel in distress" FMC but she is just fed up mid aged horny woman who now enjoys the male attention.
Now the story has shifted from Viv to Hutch so does the chapter, now we know Chris is the bad guy and wife is corrupted whore, now we only have Hutch who can stop this(which no one wished). I personally never like Hutch but that might change in chapter 3, sunshine also approves him as "powerful man" who allows this for her wife's pleasure.
Man, when you think for a minute about the story progression you really feed bad for Viv and Hutch but you get so turned on when you actually play the game and see the god tier dialogues, GOATED game by SC
It started not so bad (I mean, as a former candaulist who found out after that his ex-wife cheated on him it really moved me...) but I agree, the "rape" scene was too much !
I mean she actually tried anal just for Chris.Didn't seem like she was thinking of Chris much when Rain was in her pooper

Just read or skim through the last 5 or so pages if you want to know that.
I remember the Dev saying over the next few updates he expects the player base to split and that he thinks half will like the story and half won’t. (Or something like that, at least I’m pretty sure. Maybe somebody can remember it better)
I am on the side right now that is not happy no, but I’m gonna give it one more update to pull me back before it gets written off as another cliche NTR game.

There's not much way the story can go, either you get Damsel in distress wife succumbing to pleasure or corrupt hidden whore.
In real life why do you think people cheat? They don't get the attention, pleasure or both from there partner, I agree the shift was very quick but SC only have 5 chapters to wrap the story so he can show the full slutification of Viv.
Although it doesn't make any sense but I think Hutch is passive till now as he thinks he can't give the pleasure Viv gets from Chris and with some gaslighting from Boss he thinks he is making a SACRIFICE till now, but with next chapter he will the her wife becoming whore and than 'MAYBE' he'll start objecting and finds out that matter is out of his hand, he'll either fight the boss or forget about her wife.

Absolutely not, it's like reading two different games, the first chapter had its value, its innovation, of course, Vivian's tears made me think, then this chapter made its beautiful presentation, Vivian a woman who doesn't deserve any future happiness, in the first chapter, her attitude made sense to us, even if I had noticed the signs of the slut she was in this second one, as I said, maybe it's the only time I don't hate the bad guy, as a good entrepreneur, he understands that he has good goods in his hands, therefore, he exploits them like any economic resource, of course, this is what you understand in the first chapter, the speech of Christian and Hutch, for him it's a means, nothing more, he has to recover the damage of Hutch, but Vivian, the slut, thinks she's in a relationship, a future with a man who has power and charisma, therefore, as a good slut, she doesn't do this for her husband, but she's thinking about herself and her little master Christian, a woman to burn, now, the future, we know she will be more and more sluts, chapter two, it's clear, what we know, Hutch and his sense of endurance, when the true nature of the liar traitor will come out. we will have a current Hucth, therefore, a useless larva, or a revolution awaits us, but against Vivian,. in my opinion, this chapter, has lost 50% of the charisma of the first. it's tough guys.
I enjoyed chapter 2, partially because of the sex scenes, but also because it confirmed my opinions about Christian and Vivian.

i actually think we are looking at this all wrong. i mean hutch should get an award or something because YOU CANT TURN A HOE INTO HOUSEWIFE . hutch did it for 22 years before getting a shovel to the face . thats a long time to keep the hoe locked up in her before christian slam dunked it.. just goes to show you if you mess with a hoes money she is going to turn them tricks to keep that money coming in.. god i love that woman seriously.

I think to at least a minimum I wouldn’t have expected her to fold that quickly, I know it’s only 5 chapters. But she’s just full blown Christians property now and we’re only 40% done…wtf else is she gonna do now apart from be a whore.
Like, I get what you mean with “there’s not many ways this story can go” But for me, this just wasn’t IT. Isn’t this story supposed to be a deep emotional one? Like who am I supposed to care about in this story now. After CH1, I felt bad for the couple and was hoping they would figure it out. But now, how am I supposed to remotely care, what happens to this slut. Shes just a serial cheating whore, who blames her husband and can’t stand the idea of him leaving her and being happy, while she’s now just going to slut it up with his boss, and whoever tf else?? She’s just genuinely an awful person.
And the only thing that’s keeping me interested so far, is the hope that I’ll get to see Hutch or somebody, give her some fucking kind of reality check.
If this next update just solidifies Hutch as a cuck or some useless pos, I think I’m gonna call it…

It all depends on the 3rd chapter. If they give us a cuckold Hutch who lets himself be manipulated by that whore Vivian, the game will be doomed to be another mediocre game that starts off very well and ends up being just another one of the bunch
i swear see if turns into some form of stockholm syndrome that she eventually breaks free from or something like that and hutch just takes her back no questions asked and acts like nothings happened i'm gonna be so disappointed
If we want to sort the critical fallout here we have to put everyone who is disappointed because Vivian "has shown her true colours as a whore" to one side and the rest to the other side and then go from there. The rest is divided in those who think the dev didn't quite back up the bang of the first chapter with a realistic view of Vivian and the others who sympathize with a troubled soul no matter what.
