Men Should definitely be punished for rape! Don't get me wrong. The term rape is just used a bit too much. I also think that women that falsely accuse men of rape should be severely punished!

If she had a one night stand with a stranger, sure, she should be suspicious if the guy sent her to a hotel for this or that transaction. But at this point, that exemption no longer applies.
Men should not be in charge of deciding what is rape and what is not. They are too much in love with shooting their loads wherever. I do agree though that women should not accuse men falsely. Regardless, in what other legal realm is an accuser punished for not convincing a jury? See how you are not in tune with the reality of the situation?
That is complete BS! Men that have daughters I can guarantee you they will kill if they get their hands on the guy that raped her. But be aware that in this day and age when a girl accuses a guy even without proof his life will be ruined. I think it is you that is not aware of any form of reality.

Maybe in disaster for the accused Belgium. In the us, it is first of all hard to find a woman willing to put her whole sex life on display in a trial situation. And accusation without proof is not going anywhere at all. Cops will not take it seriously. There is a test that they can do here in Canada to see if she has had sex in the past little while, if she is willing to have her private parts inspected. The bad news that still does not prove that it was rape.
The really hard thing about rapes is that the will be almost by definition no witnesses. So what proof can there be? Your best bet overall is for the guy to be a serial rapist with dozens of accusers. It gets really hard to simply ignore that. Otherwise you are going to put your sexual history on trial among other degradations simply to watch the guy walk away with absolutely no consequences whatever.
Now that I think about it, we actually did have a situation like that recently here in Canada. 5 junior hockey players were accused of gangbanging a woman they picked up in a bar. Took her to a hotel room and proceeded to enjoy themselves.
Yes, her entire sexual history was intimately examined, including was she sober enough to give consent. Verdict, innocent. The crown did not prove its case, the judge said. All that degradation for nothing. Simply not worth it, most women think. But if they are furious enough some will try.

I know there was a recent something about him. Divorce maybe? So what about it? Is he having a hard time finding movie parts now? It seems to me that whatever it was, it has mostly been well forgotten, no longer mentioned at all.

East coast Canada. Canada does have an extra east coast time zone specially for Newfoundland, a half hour ahead of normal east coast. I have no idea why that was necessary.

Yes, we have been intensely examining Wife's morality, ability to say no, etc. The court will find her guilty, of course. She has no right to claim rape, is entirely to blame for allowing whatever manipulations Boss might have imposed. No doubt.
