Will try. But the material should justify deeper reflection and it seems reflected perspective only occurs at isolated threads of action within a more fragmentary total story. But I hear you and will reduce. Catching up but on discovery the Vivian and story is addictive. Thanks

im all for hutch getting revenge but you may want to convince the dev to do that and not the forum.. from devs comments if he plans on going darker as it progresses then i dont see where hutch comes out of this a winner.. could be wrong but just following the dev's comments.

Winning could be seen as making someone else loose.

I was wondering if the car that her husband gave to Vivian doesn't serve as a representation of the marriage itself in the story. It seems to me that the car was a way for Hutch to show how much he values his wife, how the act of marriage itself is a ceremony to show how important the relationship between the two is. The car being defective at the beginning is a way of showing how the relationship is showing signs of fragility, and it breaks down just when Vivian dives into doing something behind her husband's back. When it returns "fixed", it is after Vivian has handed the car over to someone else, and after she has "fixed" the crisis in her marriage through lies and betrayal, and Hutch himself playing the role of giving the "car" to her to fix. But we know that the relationship between the two is not fixed, and is the car really fixed?

This made her angry and frustrated. The mechanic had to lend his potency. Now she can drive it, it endures her ride as long as she needs it.

overall interesting interprtation - but I see serious holes in it. If you see a car as a symbol of a penis, you certainly don't choose an Audi. The BMW is a real dick, but the Audi.... Audi is the woman among German cars. A German woman but a woman...

generally speaking.... most men take good care of their cars(like a woman) so dunno if audi is categoriesed as a woman(car) among women(cars)

I get that. On the other side it fits Hutch. Audi has the image of being boring, rational, unsexy but solid. By the way one major advertising slogan for Audi was Vorsprung durch Technik ("advantage through technology") - which fits the metaphor again. That's what men like to believe because women tell them: you can compensate size deficits by using skill. Sex becomes labour. Again typical Hutch.

Not that I've seen. I might just have missed it, but I've not seen anything remotely like a firm release date given by the dev. He said he's looking at roughly a four-month schedule, and four months after the previous (first) release would mean towards the end of May (0.2 came out Jan 23rd). He did say, however, that he would put out a status update at the start of the month (I think he might even have said the first).
