Man that Game is awesome, even more impressive for your first try. Graphics/Animations are Top Notch. My only critice would be the lack of Background Noise/Music. And i cant see where the dynamic between the Husband and Wife will go. Isnt he a cuck and in that way, this Game more a Cuck Game, rather than "real" NTR?

I've just finished playing till the end of the dinner event (at the house of the boss), storytelling so far is so tense yet very intriguing. In my opinion, immersion would be much better though if there are choices.

The dev has already spoken about this a while back. He has a vision in mind for this AVN and he feels like choices would end up derailing that and also create extra work for him. Imagine if we were given the choice as the player to confront Vivian and Christian? That would mess with the entire story so far.
I'm happy going along for the ride of what the dev has in store for us, I've enjoyed it so far.

Cuck, in common parlance, is a man who enjoys watching his wife get nasty with others. Hutch does not enjoy that at all (so far.) Given Vivian was manipulated into the situation and Hutch doesn’t get off on watching his wife then this is squarely in the Netorare category.

Yeah, that’s where this KN skirts the line. The fact, however, that Hutch doesn’t get any gratification from it and how both were manipulated by Christian makes it Netorare in my opinion. As had been discussed by many previously, Hutch is frozen/horrified by the situation. He has difficulty processing what he is seeing. Japanese Adult Video really explores these themes and as long as the Husband is not getting sexual gratification from it, it’s Netorare. At least how I understand it. Whole thing can be confusing because Cuckhold technically means the person being cheated on, but has really taken on different meaning.

No, NTR does not require the husband trying to save the wife. All it requires is the wife choosing dick riding someone other than her husband and the emotional damage that goes along with it. The original definition of the word is basically "to be taken from" or "to be taken off". We've seen the cheating, willing or not, and we've seen Vivan make a choice to keep getting fucked so that Hutch can keep his job. She hasn't "chosen" Christian yet so we're not in an NTR story yet but we're definitely close to it. It'll become NTR when Vivan starts choosing to have sex with her likely soon to be various partners over time spent with Hutch, when she begins to openly admit that Hutch can't measure up, and when she starts actively deriding him for it.

It's not that simple, because there are different nuances.
From Christian's perspective, it is clearly Netori (seduction) Christian seduces Vivian - He seduces her until she falls in love with him - (She joins his harem )
The protagonist finds a woman in a marriage or relationship and steals her away from her partner.
From Hutch and Vivian's perspective, it's significantly more complicated because Dev has written the story so well.
It's a mixture of Netorare and Netorase, leaning more Netorase at the moment.

Netorare - innocent relationship (emotional affair) - slowly growing interest (physical affair) - full-blown infidelity (physical + emotional affair )
The protagonist's partner wants to break up with the cheater in order to be with the protagonist.
Netorase - I want you to cheat on me at my request (physical affair) - permission/lie to cheat (physical + emotional affair)
Protagonist , let the partner have sex with other guys.

The path for a more positive outcome for Vivian and hutch is significantly higher with netorase.

The next 24hrs of game time is done. About 1k images and animations. Most of the preview images already teased will not be in this release. Those will be in the third (v0.6). So a good chunk of that release is, thankfully, already done.

The more I think about it, the more appropriate 20% increments are as they are natural spots in the story to pause on. So next update will be v0.4 and deals more with Viv and her mindset. After that will be v0.6 and deals more with Hutch (but not exclusively) and the limits of what he's willing to endure (if there are any). v0.8 builds towards the final climax (hehe) and of course, v1.0 deals with the end and the epilogue.

Curiosity question: Are you guys more engaged, more interested, in this story because there are no choices? Are other games more boring because every possibility exists and there is no mystery? Or is MHB just an exception and choices are always a high priority?

I don't want to derail this thread talking about other games, but there's a few well know games I've given up on because it was just to many paths and, even with a mod, I got knocked off the paths I wanted and was too frustrated to try and start over. I will mention an exception, Chasing Sunsets, by name cause it's my favorite. It essentially had three paths, which was good, but I didn't feel one ending was significantly different than the others (girl A, girl B, or both).

I choose not to have multiple paths because every event plays into the next so multiple paths would require, literally, multiple stand alone stories. Hutch couldn't bust out of the bathroom stall and bitch slap Chris without rewriting every scene that comes later. If my story is just an exception to the 'multiple paths' rule, then I'm happy to be that exception.

I would agree with you that some games that offer multiple paths/ branches end up falling away towards the as you mentioned you might get taken off the patch you want to be on or and this this probably annoys me more you remain on the path you want but end up with an incredibly lackluster ending that feels rushed with no actual thought put in it as the focus was more on other paths

Now with that being said if you where considering choices/paths I would just keep it simple and have it as a good ending and a bad ending so only two potential outcomes and given the sheer amount of theories posted if you tried to please them all where do you stop, so that would be my suggestion if you where genuinely considering offering a choice
