It’s called alienation of affection/loss of consortium whereby Hutch could sue Christian in, I think, just South Carolina and Louisiana. Difficult to prove and rarely used.

Oops, forgot about North Carolina. It’s been a while. Alienation of Affection is difficult to prove, but after a cursory review of recent decisions (apart from those listed above) more active in that jurisdiction than I would’ve thought. Welp, if this KN takes place in North Carolina, Hutch may be able to proverbially fuck Christian over. Lol

so i have played this up to the point where Christian and Vivian are about to fuck in the bathroom while Hutch is taking a dump. amazing they don't smell anything?
anyway, i am on the fence in the game, Hutch is such a pussy and does nothing to stop what's going on so far. Viv is reluctantly becoming a whore and i assume she will become more of one by the time finish this update. while i hate playing pussy mc's since its just irritating watching them do nothing, i don't mind stealing another man's wife but usually only if the husband is abusive or neglecting her. this is a different animal and so i am releasing my inner asshole to enjoy watching the wife being stolen by Christian. i would enjoy being in his shoes since Viv is so fucking hot. well back to it.

Huutch's dilemma at the bathroom is that he was holding back his dump...that's why he was making this pain grueling face while Vivian had her fun with Christian.
Only after Vivian had left the bathroom did Huutch take the time to let off his load...he even surpassed the stench in the men's room that Spencer left behind.
Poor Addison...

Now I agree that her "hoe" antlers just didn't grow over night, but with this it doesn't necessarily mean that she's a hoe , i would say it's not uncommon that in long term relationships that people's tastes change or want to try new things , probably the most common trope with this is the "I've been a good girl all my life " logic and they want to rebel and be adventurous

Now with this all starting I do genuinely believe that she thinks she's doing it for the right reasons and doesn't see it becoming a regular thing , but I would say as the story progresses it definitely becomes that she is doing this for herself rather than hutch and that she is hiding behind the shield that it's all for hutch so that she doesn't have to admit that she is a bad wife or that she is in the wrong , so there is a massive denial element to it all on her behalf

So I would say without any supporting evidence it's a hard sell on any theory around it as there's nothing to support it ... Maybe this will come in future updates but who knows

Now this next point is definitely based around what has happened in the game and I can evidence it and I would say this could be the most likely idea or theory to it all

So it is clear to see that when there is some form of conflict that directly involves her she doesn't know how too or lacks the ability to problem solve and actual deal with an issue in a proper way

So from what I have seen Vivians go to resolution to a conflict is her body/sex , so here are my examples: hutch may or may not lose his job so that effects money into the house .... Resolution - Vivian fucks Christian , Vivian can clearly see that hutch is not himself and she believes that he is mad/upset with her... Resolution - sexy times and actually goes to the point where she offers anal but when hutch rejects this she is like a fish out of water and has no idea what to do next , in that same scene she actually references that hutch can never stay mad at her when she turns it on and offers out the sexy good times so it is clear to see there is a trend of this

So it could just be that this is what happened and before she knew it the situation got out of control and got away from her.

Vivian is not a "ho", just a very affectionate, love starved wife that knows what she wants.
When she gets what she wants, she throws caution to the wind, she loves the attention, and it even states this fact in some thought line. (I may or not be right about this statement)
She maybe will become her husband's boss' whore, though.
It's really hard to take any theory serious when ebonic terms like "hoe" "ho" are used. Maybe she's just a tool, used for gardening.
