For the few info we have, it seems that he's not reacting too much when his friends make sexual jokes about her mother, so maybe it's a little bit like his father. But it's too early to know.
It wouldn't make sense with the reason behind the cheating. She's doing it for her marriage, for the love of his husband, plus she hasn't shown any sexual attraction for any of those guys. She found cute her son's friends reactions, she's surprised by the (cliché) BBC but she doesn't show any sign of sexual arousal. It would be disappointing if because of Christian's "tasks" she becomes a full turbo whore. Not because it wouldn't be hot to see her fucking in multiple scenarios, but because of the coherence of the story.
This is significant. Already at night at the bosse's house they establish a certain tone, a certain rapport with each other, esp when they have a "break" from sex. It's a sort of partnership in crime, a working relationship in cheating and in sexual performance so to speak. They are bonding on this technical level, on the level of banter. It's not romance but it's not hostility either. And it lays the groundwork for later, when she trusts the boss when talking about what she should do with her husband.

My guess the son will get tricked by the twins and is in danger of losing his admission to university unless Vivian knows a way to prevent this.

The thing is, even if Hutch wasn't there, As Adhdclassic said, her kissing in the cheek and acting playful (a sign of intimacy, complicity) with the guy she supposedly hates or consider him an asshole makes her an hypocrite and an asshole too.
However, it would be hard to believe that she thought he meant he wanted their marriage to be completely open. It seemed clear that he was talking about opening the marriage only to "working" with his boss. The entire preceding conversation was about this. She even responded by saying that she did not want to lose him because of "working" with his boss.

Correct, and it happened again outside the office after her work shift in the toilet.

She also said in the beginning is he opening our marriage. Currently the conversation is regarding the boss because it's the current situation. If she decides to lets just say the BBC starts flirting and petting her. The open marriage is going to be a card she can use without feeling remorse.
"Asshole" here is simply a compliment for the man who gets away with iit and knows it. It is submission to him having his way with her.

THat is what we a currently lead to believe.... Get new or keep old... Probably keep old sine they lost 2 we know of. As well as this is written... The Dev may have a twist to this.

It is a love / hate thing with her. I truly think she hates the man.... But, Loves how he can please a woman.
Yeah, I get it. But of course that would be on her, to allow herself and her marriage to be further abused by such men.
This extreme duality of hers it's for me the harder part to believe of the story. Maybe because the writing it's very good and "real". In the toilet scene, she's about to leave, insulting him, and just because he grabs her by the waist and start fucking her again, she loses control again. It's too exaggerated, because anything in her personality, her motivation concerning Christian or even her marital situation (i.e: a huge frustration) can't explain this attitude.

Dominance pure and simple. Her husband is total opposite. The boss takes what he wants. Tattoo and piercings give the impression Vivian was wild when she was younger probably dealt the boss type and when she was ready to settle down she went with the safe choice. Now the boss has reawakened that side of her.
I agree that could happen, but if it did, all it would be is "a card" or a poor excuse. For a woman of her maturity and intelligence (a schoolteacher) to honestly think this would justify rampant cheating would be hard to believe.

I'm with you there that's why hope it doesn't happen. The fact Dev introduced it doesn't leave me much hope. DEV set a great foundation so we can just hope.

You guys missing the main point of the husband telling her to go work with him.
I think he truly believes she deserves a chance he wants Her to choose to stay with him by her own free will,he wants her to have the guts to say to the guy NO I had enough I chose my husband. that's why he gave her the pass,he wants to have that victory over Christian that my wife chose me at the end of the day.

Still wonder though if its really coincidence that this reawakening happens now, at this point in time. She seems nervous, stressed and on the brink even before this starts. Shows quickly signs of anger in her face.
