The Isekai genre SELLS.
And it not like this is a new phenomenon that started because of Isekai either, since the concept of "a character thrown into a strange, unfamiliar world" been around forever ago. Classic stuff like 'Alice in Wonderland' is basically an Isekai in itself.
As for why people like it, you have to ask the individuals. It could be immersion, self-insert, giving the charcter a fresh start, etc,...
Being "a clueless dipshit" is also one way the writer use to insert lore and explain the world as the character learn about them. The same exposition wouldn't work for someone from the fantasy world if it is some basic common sense stuff.

Because it gives an easy way to explain the world, it's just a cheat to allow world building. Having someone explain simple logic of the world to the MC would make ZERO sense if he was from there, but if he is from our world then he can have them explain everything and it doesn't seem out of place.
SW_Decensor.ini didn't remove Mosaics censor on my end. Did it work for the other guys?

Did all this (and have done it plenty of times in other games) but it didn't remove mosaics, unless the baked-in ones are really that bad.

Correction: it only makes zero sense if MC is supposed to be 18+ and clever enough to run a hotel. If MC is a barbarian kid who came down from his mountain village for the first time, he still needs plenty of explanations. There are also options such as "I dropped out of a portal yesterday and remember nothing" and a protagonist who actually talks to the audience and explains things for their benefit.
Conventional RPGs and fantasy novels have used all of these successfully. But I guess shota barbarians are underrepresented in porn games, even if Monster Girl Quest has one.

I've already seen "natural" uncensor in the request.
This is always a better solution than plugins, however, if the game will be updated, then it probably won't work and you'll need a new one.
