Well, it's not really funny.
Raffa is more likely using the fact that Doug doesn't speak Italian to make fun of him, she's probably just too cowardly to tell him directly in English.
Raffa seems to speak Italian when she's angry or when she's fantasizing about Bruce, and Doug barely understands more than the names she mentions when she speaks Italian.

But in the scene, it seems that Stacy possibly sees Doug and Raffa while Bruce is splitting her ass in two.

The developer is working on a gallery, which was originally supposed to be included in the current 0.6 update.
But apparently, the developer needs more time, which isn't surprising since the game has been developed without a gallery so far.
