Sure, Doug will get hurt one way or another, but Raffa doesn't know that her husband Doug had sex with his ex Stacy on the Red Route.
She's just jealous that Doug and Stacy were once a couple and that Stacy is/was involved with Bruce.

Doug and Stacy were apparently together quite young; as far as I understand, Doug never even saw Stacy naked during their relationship.
It was only after the relationship ended that Doug accidentally caught Stacy and Bruce in Bruce's bedroom while Stacy was riding Bruce like a good horse.
