Not gonna lie, I just noticed this one. The added sound effects are spot on (9.5/10)! The visuals are also an 7.5-8 out of 10. The only critique I could give was to either add the option to have a translated version of Raffaela's italian words/sentences scream be added as unless you speak the language it's just a google translate fest half the time, or just straight up add the meaning of it in a mousover tooltip (hovered property).
Anyway, it's a great game with an ending that is kinda wanting to see more right now. THIS is how you make a game that should generate a fanbase.
Now, I just hope updates are regular and not like once a year.

I just played this game until version 6.0 is the overwhelming observation: this game is an horror. I don’t understand why people want to play a character who fantasizes about the gift of his magnificent wife to men who have always despised him and who still despise him. It’s disgusting. The most disgusting part of this story is that Rafaella absolutely wants to give her ass to the worst guy who despises her husband. In fact the only correct guy is uncle Trevor who remains pragmatic and has very well understood Rafaella. I don’t criticize the quality of the game, it is very good, nothing to say but the content is disgusting and I’m not talking about the way of the red pile which is among the most foul.
