It's not effective to copy and paste each time she speaks Italian it would be better to have some way to know what she's talking about.
would also like to see a translation in game for the italian that Raffaela uses. and she uses alot of it on the NTR path i noticed. i used the net to translate most of it, but it's annoying having to stop and translate while playing the game.

It's possible the scene will eventually be included in the main game.
At least the developer mentioned that the scene was originally supposed to be in the 0.6 update.
I suspect it wasn't easy to integrate the scene into the main game, since there's no gallery and the scene isn't part of the main storyline.
Perhaps the next update will include a gallery or something similar where the extra scene appears, but that's just a guess.

Yes, unfortunately, we have to wait another six months until the cliffhanger from the last scene is resolved.So we will waiting another 6 months
I believe that Rafa, on the NTR path, at least had anal sex with Bruce in the last scene; the evidence is quite clear.
I made the picture a bit clearer after the last scene with Bruce and Erick, and if I'm not already almost indistinguishable from the picture, there are clear signs of anal sex.
The semen seems to be running from her anus past her labia.
Even more interesting is whether Rafa finally loses her inhibitions and lets Bruce and/or Erick have vaginal sex with her, or whether we have to wait another six months for that.
Also interesting is the possible relationship with Stacy and whether Doug finally has the guts to get revenge on Rafa with Stacy... In other words, I can imagine Doug getting caught having sex with Stacy so that Rafa definitely finds out.

As for Doug w/ Stacey, it might be interesting if Doug wanted his wife to know about his cheating w/ Stacey (due to her cheating). The wife would go ballistic based upon her attention-kink (esp. vs. Stacey). It could lead to some wild "reclaiming" sex with Doug but, more likely, something more extreme with anyone/everyone *but* Doug. I don't see us getting a happy ending for Doug unless he completely caves in and decides he likes whatever the wife wants to do. Perhaps things will turn out a little better for the blue path.
But, I don't see the developer giving us any sort of revenge for the MC. Let's face it, the wife after whom the story is named has become the MC of this story and it's all about her.
