It's possible you don't have the latest version.
The downloads include version 0.6 for Android, which should end with Rafa returning to the room
where Rafa and MC are sleeping.
However, this may look slightly different depending on the route and choices made.
I haven't tested the Android version, I play the Game on Windows.

Actually, Rafa should have a red ass for half the game

However, I suspect that the short scene with Rafa, Bruce, and Erick is just a small glimpse of what happened while Doug was asleep.
In the next update, depending on the route, Doug will be told what happened by Rafa and/or he might find pictures and videos on Bruce's phone via the spy app.

When I click on "About" in the menu, it shows version 0.6
I'll play through it and see if anything's missing.

However, most of it is AI that only vaguely resembles Rafa.
