(This is the Miss Tits menu scene.)
After you've learned how to Arouse, visit Miss Tits in the Staff Room between classes. She'll be trapped there with Mason, the Calculus teacher. Arouse her four times (Arouse, Arouse, Arouse, Arouse) and she'll jump him right then and there.
