It's weird, most games with TK17 CG's look hideous. Even the popular My New Life. I suppose it's difficult to use.
I hope Koikatsu gets more popular with patreon devs. It seems it take less effort to create something decent.

normal. TK17 is pretty shit tbh. unless you use the mods that change the graphism a bit with some better realistic effect game is shit in graphism and make chars look unrealistic.
cansay same about honeyselect... at base, game is not great and chars look cartoonish or plastic kind of toy. but if you use the mod that enhance the graphism, you can get some crazy nice graphism.
sadly both of theses games with mods tend to be fragile and can break anytime. (also many mods arent compatible with theses graphisms enhanced mods.)

i gave it a go it just feels like your typical rpgm game at the minute but if you nail the story i think it could be fun to play
as for the graphics i dont mind so much tbh we all have to start somewhere.
few things at the start i noticed but its me being the ocd person i am how does the mc know ritas name without her actually telling you her name and its your first time meeting her and the teacher 1 lesson and suddely she thinks im the school handyman can i fix the hole in the floor no karen that seems like its a dave the janitor problem lol but i will see how it goes the next few updates.

Pretty sure Daz said it's not ok too. But I think people who needs to resort to making porn games on patreon are pretty desperate anyways. They'll deal with it when they get a DMCA or something.

no... not at all... at the contrary.
DAZ is specifically created for create renders to share and use , including commercial. DAZ have absolutly no problem with that. in fact, they even encourage peoples to use DAz for creating renders to share. that's the whole concept of the software.
the commercial use of renders have no problem on DAZ. as you own assets, its ok.
the only part DAz can be a bit hard to get is if you plan to make a 3D game and use the whole 3D assets in your game (like a char model). for that, you need a specific overpriced license for each assets used.
but sharing renders, for free or commercialy, is perfectly legal for DAZ as long you own legaly the assets used on the renders.

I do wonder why anyone would opt for using models taking from a 3DSexVilla game when there are far better alternatives? The facegen software in Thrixxx games is rather cumbersome to work with and unless using custom facegen models imported from outside, the result always looks derpy.
I'm not saying everything should use 3d renders and Daz models but there are other games out there that give far better results then a 3DSexVilla game that has been around for 10 years.

I beg to differ. TK17 and exvila are too different to be compared. On MG there is so much content that if someone wants to make a game there is more than enough. There are hundreds of custom rooms (imported from many games), thousands of custom models, thousands of poses, clothes, many custom body replacers and so on. The only downside is that tk can be somewhat intimidating for a new guy.

theses are the term of use of DAZ website and product commercialisation in there. theses are not the term of use for renders done and commercialisation of them.
its totally legal to make porn content using DAZ assets.
