I for one want to see him come back and finish this thing. He doesn't deserve to die anymore so than dozens of other DEVs who, at this very moment, are doing the same things he did. And don't give me that nonsense that they are different. They start out with regular updates that steadily get further and further apart, for content that, for all intents and purposes, is dam near the same. This DEV only wrote it better.

Are you someone who requires 'meaningful' choices? Whether you are or not, that is the number one reason that game releases tend to stretch as the months go by.

Think about it. A kinetic novel can just go merrily along with regular updates. One unit of game time equals one unit of play time. But add choices that require differing paths and... BOOM, it takes longer and longer to provide updates. There might actually be six paths in an update, but we might only be playing one of them. So it seems like the same length of content to us, but it took six times as long to develop.

Is it just me never noticing before or did it just show up suddenly? I am talking about the eye like icon in the right corner of the pictures and the buy me a coffee choice for the developer. If anyone is still out there do you have a clue?

He abandoned us and this game right at that crucial moment and scene. Because he was still in the hospital of bike accident?
My speculation based on the other game he made is that he really like cuck shit, and he cucked his audience by stopping where he did because it was just before the crucial moment. He claimed that the next update was all but complete, which who know if that was even true, but I assume that was done to twist the knife. Everything that happened was always very suspicious to me. Good thing I wasn't invested in this in any way.

this game is abanndond too! whats going on with him? is he dead?
Been a while since I've seen this thread, more than a year I think. That's how long the dev has gone offline or whatever. For those who don't know, over a year ago the dev's patreon page got reported and been taken down just after the release of his other game (Black and White) because someone really didn't like NTR. People suggested for him to try other subscription platforms. He went to Subscribestar but the dev said it would take at least a year for him to get verified. I guess he won't start working on the games again until he gets verified. It's been a year and a half since. Last update of this game was in August 2022, and the other game came out on Feb 2023.

Edit: Here, see for yourself.

I realize that SubscribeStar is slow in setting up developers, but "at least a year", that's BS. If he's not working on the game for a year and a half, it's not because of SubscribeStar's verification time.

I'm not accusing the developer of anything, since each developer has a different personal situation to deal with. Something else may have happened in the interim. But I'm not buying Subscribestar verification time for this long of a delay.

Well, I am. I'm accusing him of being greedy because that's exactly how he comes across on Discord. He comes at this with the wrong attitude. He wants to get rich off of AVNs and that's not realistic in the slightest for most people. Refusing to work at all on releasing his VN until he's sure he can profit off of it. And then he refuses to listen to people that are giving him tons of other platforms he can use to get money to appease him. He acts like a spoiled brat.

He's not the first, won't be the last.

Far too many devs treat this like an actual career that is instantly going to bring in money. They completely ignore the fact that it's a hobby some people get lucky with.

the actual reason why so many AVN's get abandoned is purely because they're all the works of the sexual fantasies of their developers. And we all know such fantasies don't last very long, before we come up with something new.
so the devs quickly lose steam, because they're over with that fantasy. there's no inspiration left, and continuing it makes them feel forced about their own sexual desires. it's psychologically very heavy to alot of people.
double that with the fact that virtually all of their monetization platforms are subscription based. meaning they don't really have to deliver in a timely manner, in order to get paid. it's literally enough to give the apearance of working hard towards the next update.
most AVN's get abandoned. yes, most. alot of them don't make it past a couple updates, because the dev has gotten their fantasy out as far as they care.

most AVN's, that have a longer life, start with frequent updates that are of a decent size. both of which start to wind down after the first updates, because the dev loses steam.
but the wankers will keep paying.
most people don't seem realize that at the end of the development cycle (meaning when the game is completed never) they've paid more for a 3D porn slideshow than they would ever pay for a AAA title.

this is why it's so lucrative to so many devs. these have the potential of relatively high return for a very low effort production.
and because as I said, wankers will keep coming back and paying for more.
AVN's are just a step above actual porn productions. and porn is ridiculously easy to make.
