The NTR in this one is Netori, that means you are in the POV of the bull who stole someone else's partner. Not netorare.
The grinding in this one is crazy. first eroge I play when nothing happen during the mandatory first 2 hours. And the art is like not so good. Credit though for portraying well the creepy MC mentality.

There is also the point of view of the wife, when you finish the game. It is a really nice touch
So grindy but i kinda love it. Is there anything similar to this aside for first game?

Well there is the first game. Though it is rather barebones comapred to sequel
I know it's been over a year but anyone got the variable for this using MTool or CheatEngine?

I don't think it's possible with CE, but if you only wants to cheat some values, you can just edit the save and reload the save.
Yeah the issue is that is not a value that can be toggled during a save scene AFAIK since it's more of a dynamic thing during a sex scene but once you do enough grinding you go onto the next episode and it gets easier at least
