The values are stored in the save file, you can just edit those, if you can't read it then, there're probably some tools out there to edit the save file for you.

What a game, I have completed endings A and C.

But wow, the only downside was the grind but the netori aspect and then achieving the good endings was worth it.

Would like to comment that there are some bugs in the code, but it pales to how good it was to play this game.
