I think there are few points which needs to be addressed.

Game is financially succesful, there is no doubt in that. But there is also no need to be act like it is all rainbows and sunshine when it is clear its growth is slowing down. If you are familiar with the stock market you will realize that patreon sheet you just put isn't giving the best signs. Gaining 900 subs in first 6 months and then 450 next in the remaining 6 means there are things which people don't like. And it is not about reaching to the soft cap, there are dozens of games whoich reach ten thousands subs, so getting stuck at 1300s isn't a great sign.

I think aside from slow updates the main issue is the game is trying to do everything in the name of being original (That is an excuse). And while i agree people are always demanding to see their fetishes in this game, you can't change the customer so you need to adjust yourself. And catering to every side is the worst way to do it.

Like seriously, i don't even know what this game is about at this point. Is it a bbc heavy cuckolding game? Because clearly there are signs for that. But it also feels like a harem game since every LI throwing themselves to MC (or will throw, that is apperant too.). And that is not original, even if it is, it is not good. You can mix cola and apple juice and some other bunch of shit and call it original. Well you just created a mess.

There is a reason companies follow specific formulas while creating games. Harem and nts/ntr just don't go together, there is literally no good example of kinetic novel with the main themes of harem and NTS.

And it is not about reaching to the soft cap, there are dozens of games whoich reach ten thousands subs, so getting stuck at 1300s isn't a great sign.

There is a cap on everything, no matter what the product may be and any diagram I'd provide would support that. He isn't "stuck" either as the diagram I provided clearly shows. Even if he eventually reaches the "cap", stability is what matters most.

Bottom line: I highly disagree with your "bad signs" argument. You could talk about bad signs if the game happens to lose support, but certainly not when it's gaining more of it. lol

There's a Patreon post. Sounds very much like he's trying to release this month. Even if it turns out to be a September release, my guess is we're only weeks away. I don't get how there's constantly people asking for devblogs or how nobody is posting them when it's literally been posted a couple days ago. lol

We can never determine what is the soft cap for this genre no matter how much we discuss it. Just like we can't really know how much of the support is coming from botlike subscribers. I stand my ground. Is the game successful? Sure. Is it losing steam? Sure.

I don't care if this is enough for CG, i don't know his standarts. What i am simply saying was this game could get more support if CG wasn't catering to everyone and instead focused on game to release faster updates. Netorase Phone is making two times more money than this (Which i also criticize heavily, since it is not even a game). So there is no way i believe 1300s is the soft cap for NTS genre.

I'm a backer, from everything I've seen I've got no reason to believe the next update isn't coming out in the next few weeks (likely before the end of the month). Overall, the dev of this game has always struck me as really honest on when issues come up and progress, and although the updates might not be as frequent as other games I'm always impressed with the amount of content.

That said, the only people sadder than the folks who post in degenerate porn game pirate forums are the people who decide to start fights in them. Keep it classy fuckers.

the milking accusations have already been discussed to oblivion in the past, and have lowered in constancy because people understand that's not the case. But you don't frequent this thread that much, so not your fault for not knowing.

So for the peace of the thread, my friend. Let's not dwell on the past. We get your frustration, really. Such a great game that changed up it's routine with the dlcs can be looked at as something to be wary of. But let's not beat a dead horse here.

I see the BBC debate has flared up again.

It's been said many times that BBC isn't the main theme of the game, just one of many. But the discussion keeps coming up again and again, like a broken record.

I think I understand why this happens. Many people like the game and are afraid it might turn into a cliched BBC plot. However, personally I don't see any reason for concern. I'm sure the author won't copy tired stereotypes.

I'm not a BBC fan myself, and here's why:
In almost all NTR/NTS games where I've seen black characters, they seem to be made at the same factory - huge, unnaturally muscular, with rough faces and, of course, the obligatory "giant package".

The plot methods are equally predictable: deception, coercion, framing, betrayal, violence, blackmail, drugs... When you see the same thing over and over, it inevitably becomes irritating.

Recently I played an NTR game where the MC had a black friend. At first he seemed like a good guy, but as soon as an opportunity arose, he immediately started blackmailing the MC into letting him sleep with his wife. At that moment I mentally sighed: "Here we go again..."

When I first played MNG and saw the neighbor introduction scene (when his face took up almost the whole screen), my first thought was: "Oh, you here too? Did you move here from another game specifically to annoy me again?"

But the recent updates convinced me that the author isn't planning to make a cliched BBC story.
The new neighbors are just normal people: the father works at a club, the sons are athletes. No criminal activity, no violence, no blackmail or spiked drinks. They're just a family with... peculiar interests who offer: "Want to have fun together?", but don't force anyone.

That's exactly why BBC in MNG doesn't put me off. What's more, in my opinion, the very fact that the game features black characters who are just regular people (no drug dealers, no criminals, no typical NTR villains) already makes it worthy of the 'NTS Game of the Year' title.
