That story hasn't been worked on since really early on with this remake so you are going to have to wait until BON decides to work on her again.

From my Strategy Guide:
• Irene
o Tip: As soon as you start having sex with Irene, she will appear in the Interior Yard bottom center during recess.
Keep talking to her during each recess to get all your sex options with her up to Anal.
o To get Irene to Anal:
 Do BlowJob until you can do TittyJob
 Do TittyJob until you can do Vaginal Sex
 Do Vaginal Sex until you can do Anal Sex
o Note: It will take having sex with Irene at least 7 times to get her to Anal.

ok nevermind i used phone from inventory and then I exit the phone and it works

Don't expect any support until next major update. That's why I said use Joiplay instead.

Saves cannot be backup at the moment. You cannot copy them from PC to android or vice-versa.
This is due to the way MV engine deploys its android version in standard browser.
This is the game engine problem, so not my fault.
