Try the bug fixer > black-screen on phone.

Same here, but phone is not available, after they explain you about gang "task" assginment, I get always a black screen 2 minutes into the new content

You meet beth in the bathroom first, then go to carols house in the afternoon

Edit: reread your question, carol will visit your house at night. I think it triggered for me by coming in the front door at night
