Yup mostly Sarah and main story in this update but there might be some Laura and Lucy house events etc.

The abandoned android had the cheats because I included it when porting. The current port is made by someone else and does not include the cheats. You cannot include it yourself. I suggest you switch to Joiplay, you can install the cheat yourself or add bugfixes yourself.
