Compress update patch is if you had the old v0.89 compress you can download this small file 34.4MB to update it to v0.90. Therefore you don't have to redownload the whole compress over which is about 1GB in size.

(for example, mother = Chinese (probably) sister - Russian) .... or in this version of the game it doesn’t matter? As always, you are awesome, always trying to clean his poops, i won't download it because the Dev released a shit update, but with this compressed version and this patch, maybe it's not bugged as Beggar official version.
So, guys, hope he release a new update of this game next week less bugged and with more content(almost zero chance for it, but keep believing, maybe with our criticism, he'll work harder to improve his nonexistent schedule).
