I wouldn't Bother! As it is Bugged You get trapped in the Garage With a Broken quest. But if you still want to try? Use the Green icon on your Phone/Computer.

Run the game, make a dummy save at slot 20, close the game, copy the and paste the downloaded save, replace when asked, run the game again and now you can find the save.

I've seen a few people ask where Jet's #2 delivery in Downtown South is, and since the #5 in neighborhood south is a mailbox easy to find, you'd think #2 is the only mailbox in downtown south, but it's not starred and you can't deliver anything there, any chance it's bugged?

you come out of school around 13:00 try skipping time to 15:00 and you should see her outside the school before you exit the gate.
