If you tell him fuck off he's gonna kill you and the game will end so I think no its not gonna affect the story for now....

A swimming pool event will occur after you have attended gym class 10 to 15 times till that time continue going there and check your face page for additional information

Gym Class is the last class on the left side on ground floor of the school.

That's the limitation of the android port. Either use

You must be registered to see the links

or the modded version of the android port (both have quick access to phone and cheats) and lets you continue during that tutorial stage
