You are not actually stuck on anything, unlike Carol's problem with the blocked house on www15 and Gerardo Nardo. You just have to do what it says... go to the Mall and buy the necklace.... go to Marcus and increase the relationship with Noa and in the evening after 9 pm call (through Marcus' page) Alison and take her out on a date... and so on

Try closing everything by going to the bottom left corner and pressing there
But i should confess that never get board with this game even with bugs and slow updates this days he far to better than devs of top games that milk people and give absolutely nothing like awam and milfy city and ...

hello mate, you cannot open in my game, any way, I fixed it by using earlier save, taking time and going slow on that part, it worked.
now i am stuck again, and no mater what i try, save editor or re play save, still crashes and freeze on the same scene where sarah and rachael are kissing.
see attached, if you could fix it, i would be very greatful.

When the phone is "denied" to you, just press X go to Item -> Essential Item and you will see that the Phone is selectable
