In this save, I've already played all the side quests. I continue going to school, but the game doesn't progress. Neither the school profile nor the BOF.
Did I screw up something? Should I restart the game?
I really have no idea how to continue.
The only thing I haven't been able to unlock is interactive anal sex with Rachel, even though I already had that scene in my dorm.
I also haven't increased my popularity at school. Could there be a mistake here?

I also noticed that in Miss Evans' mission, I had to take my car to school. At first, this took me back to the scene where I was returning Tyna's car, but at this point, I don't even see the circle where I can take my car.

Could I at least force the next event with saveeditonline or something similar? Can someone help me with the parameters? I've been to school 80 times and nothing happens anymore.

Hi I'm also having the same issue where Carol is gone from the Book of Faces and I can't enter her house. I'm on Mac and haven't really been able to use a save editor like this one here and get anything to work. If anyone has any solutions let me know.

Sorry for the silly question. Where exactly is the schoolyard? I don't really see the car anywhere...

There is a bug that could happen where you don't get the call to principal office which after would trigger the events with Rachel on roof. Only when you meet Warren at/outside Rachel house then Warren will appear outside school.

I got stuck on the "Go to School" part, so out of curiosity I tried to fix it myself (even though SotN is amazing) and I think I did. I'm putting it here in case anyone wants to try fixing it themselves if they find this post, and maybe take the heat off SotN a bit.


In Map028.json, in Event 51 (EV051), a set of instructions (called a page) is meant to trigger automatically when you enter the school, which would make a loudspeaker announcement telling you to go to the Principal's Office.

The way the code works is that it first checks that the SCHOOLQUEST variable (variable #18) is set to 601, then checks that the MAINQUEST variable (variable #13) is set to 755. If MAINQUEST is not 755 yet, it turns on Self-Switch C. (Events have four self-switches, A, B, C, D, each.)

Self-Switch C turns on a check that runs parallel, and seemingly instead, of that above code, which is basically waiting for you to get to MAINQUEST 755 before it shuts itself up and allows the previous code to run again.

Except, it's not checking for MAINQUEST to get to 755, it's checking for SCHOOLQUEST to get to 755 instead, which can't happen. So it never turns off Self-Switch C, and so it never allows you to trigger the loudspeaker announcement.

What this means is that if you get to SCHOOLQUEST 601 before you get to MAINQUEST 755, the game locks and it's impossible to continue.

TLDR: The original code checks the wrong variable and locks the game from progressing.


To fix this (at least, to do what I did which appears to have had an affect, or at the very least, makes the code what it probably should have been):

1: Go to folder 'www', then folder 'data'.
2: Copy 'Map028.json' and paste it somewhere as a backup.
3: Open the original file, search for: 1,18,0,755,1 (Specifically that, so you don't change anything else by accident)
4: Replace it with: 1,13,0,755,1
5: Save
6: Play
7: Refer to this post for how to proceed next in the game, because you'll need to know.

This was done with version 0953.

I found a fix.

I used RpgMakerSaveEdit version 0.67
Used the advanced tab and went to switches.
Searched Carol and unchecked switch 1661 Carol BLOQUEADA.

Loaded the save then I was again able to enter the house. Good luck

I'm having mixed signals about this game. Is it playable or not? i really liked the old one! I have seen so many people say this game has too many bugs, so why are people playing it? Is there a workaround I'm not aware of?

When i first play this game i got stuck in where father kill MC then i delete and reinstalled it and played from the beginning and i got stuck in Sandra (anal) ..... And reinstalled again and again i played it's my 5th or 6th time im reinstalling it because of bugs... Sometimes i think why im wasting days or months to this game. Because i tried so many hentai game to me this one is the best good story, good sex , good graphics etc... the only problem in this game is bugs... I hope dev will fix it.... If anyone reading this please help I'm stuck at school quest where i have to meet Carol in her house but i can't go inside her house.. and i can't play side quests because of Carol anyone please help

I don't think the dev is gonna do a damn thing about it as long as his loyal cucks at patreon keep giving him money and are fine with the state of the game so just dump this game and play summertime saga or anything else or keep reinstalling and replaying

Just download the bugfix here updated to v0.98.5 (it also contains an autosave feature, incest patch, date/jobs bypass and bugfixer workaround ) that Symphony of the Night did and the guide that Lord Ashram did and all your problems are solved.

Download the game, download the bugfix updated to the current version (really crucial, thanks Symphony of the Night) and the guide (if you want, thanks Lord Ashram) and play from start to finish without any problems

Editing save and changing stuff can cause issues that at NOT BUGS and results in NO easy way to fix unless you rem what you did. Most of the time, people will end up having to start a new game to fix the issue (that is not a game issue). Only using a clean version of the game + new game start can fix when you been editing willy-nilly. Some may fix the bug currently, but cause issues later on in the game that are unfixable. Explain further below.

Editing maps, editing save without knowing exactly the process can cause issues. Yes it might bypass a bug, but that bug may not be govern by ONE thing or change since last update. Meaning you change one thing and pass the bug, but you also miss the other things that needed to be change in order for the game to work LATER ON. Or when you change something, you miss the event you suppose to trigger and jump to another similar event, missing tons of things needed to be save in your save, causing some serious issues (this is what I see most of the time from the saves I try to fix). As the dev is known to add new things to the game ALL THE TIME, especially previously early game content.

But for the most part, players who been editing without knowing better, get issues later on in the game that are not even bugs. No way to easy fix because it is very very difficult to track the source of the user/player change.

Not saying, there are no singular change that will not work. Just be careful, backup and USE multiple saves. Never smart to depend on one save for everything.
