Has anyone had a bug where they go to help pick up Carol's mom and in the High NeighborHood West portion of the map and she isn't there and then when you fail, you're teleported outside of the car and you can't go find her again?

On page 1516 of this post, I left a guide of what I found so far (and I think I already found everything).
Notice in advance that there are no penetration scenes in 0.91, so I'm sure I'll add them when it comes to part 2 of Lucy's story.
I just had the conversation with the Principal and Warren about me joining their team and now when I hit the W button, the game is telling me that I "hit too many buttons". What is there left to do at the school when she asks don't you have classes or did the game bug out? I really hope I can fix this or else I am going to have to go back to an old save.

What the fuck. Paused in 0.87 version, and now im back to see the game diferent with a trash blues line around the screen, change positions on sex are worst, and very many bugs with failed images who stuck you progress.

Is it safe to assume there is nothing you can do about the filter over the scenes, and that you arnt making gifs of the new scenes? Wouldnt blame you since there are like 4-5 new house events implemented in the game and they are all super disappointing.
