The character's biological mother is a different character in the game even with incest turned on, yes.
Amy and Laura are Maria's daughters. I don't remember if their father is the MC's father or not, but I think he is. Either step-sisters or half-sisters.
MC and Sarah are the biological children of MC's father and MC's mother. However, MC's mother didn't raise either of them.
MC's mother is Lucy, a character whose relationship path started getting built a few releases ago. You can't yet have sexual relations with her, but there is some teasing/etc.
The incest 'patch', as far as I understand it, simply enables the content with Lucy, Sarah, and probably Amy and Laura. It doesn't change dialogue or relationships - it straight up blocks content if it isn't turned on.

I'm really not sure why they are refusing it all of a sudden. I assume maybe the "compressors" or whatever tag they have will start making it, so it would still be available to members which is the good thing. If you did a good few dates then you should be able to enter house. Although, once you have a high relationship with her, at her house she will talk about prom. She will get angry with you and then you will be locked out from her house permanently for now.
At the school, she is there next to Sandra. If not, then she would be next to the toilet entrance (first door from the left). After three tries, you would be able to enter the toilet. Other than that she is always next to Sandra

to be honest, my gamepad doesn't work. So i can't summon a car. That's why i want the car parking in everywhere i entered some locationsIt's a new mechanic created in the Revamp. Your car used to be parked in a parking lot in any map you entered in the old game. What your saying isn't really realistic either though, you can't just park your car anywhere you want. Remember, this is a porn game, why are you concerned with your vehicle mechanics?
