I just said that the .exe file is missing, how am I going to run it even on the PC? If you don't have the fucking exe file

My map won't move to the next area when I try to walk around town. Like I walk down the street that is supposed to lead to the next neighborhood and nothing happens. If I keep walking back and forth it sometimes eventually moves to the next area, but I can't figure out how to get it to consistently happen and I can't get to the school in time because it refuses to let me move onto the next map area. Any ideas?
